Hello! We are the 7th grade family at the American Community School of Lebanon and we are delighted to be part of this project. As ACS students, we make sure to apply the school goals, rules, and hopes to all projects. Our mission statement as a community is: “ACS empowers students to solve problems with creativity and integrity, to lead well-balanced lives, and to serve Lebanon and the world community with understanding and compassion.”
As students, we participate in community service activities trying to help refugees, we raise money from plays, bake sales, week without walls, and more. Week Without Walls (WWW) is a trip where we travel abroad to learn different cultures in new countries and to help people that are not very fortunate in that region. This year, we were thrilled to be part of this international project, as we are very open to new and fresh ideas.
